We grow four northern turfgrass blends of sod grass, each with unique traits, perfect for different site conditions:
Kentucky Bluegrass Dark green, uniform texture, likes full sun to partial shade, very recuperative.
Turf Type Tall Fescue Deep rooted, drought and shade tolerant, provides good wear.
Fine Fescue/Bluegrass Mix Versatile, shade tolerant and drought tolerant. A mix of two grasses, this 50/50 blend may be the sod of choice if you are installing next to an existing lawn or patching an area.
Scotts ProVista A premium Kentucky bluegrass sod that is shade tolerant, has increased weed control, and requires less mowing than other sod grass types!

For large open areas, we offer sod for sports fields and sod for golf courses. 1 Big Roll of natural turfgrass sod when unrolled measures 4’ wide x 83.25’ long (333 sq. ft.). Big Rolls are harvested on a reusable tube, and are wrapped in netting which should be removed when sod is installed.*
